Alycia is managing consultant in our Research and Design Team. She is a passionate leader and all-rounder, committed to solving the right problems to enact true change.
Alycia has 10 years’ experience working with Federal Government clients. She loves making lasting impacts on the lives of vulnerable Australians through improved business design, user centred service design, and delivery of large-scale reform programs. She is dedicated to design that reflects the broader ecosystem of services enabling business models and ICT, always placing the customer at the centre.
Alycia is an influential communicator focused on listening to understand. Her pragmatic and empathetic approach is proven to break down barriers and affect change. Her experience spans across Federal Government, working with interdepartmental, multi-disciplinary teams to co-design innovative outcomes.
Alycia believes in lifting as you climb. She is dedicated to empowering her teams and clients to achieve their goals. This extends to her volunteering work, empowering young women in rural and remote communities to achieve their leadership potential.
