Ben Hales
Ben is Pragma's Head of Research and Design. Ben is passionate about producing work that genuinely makes a difference.
Ben has a broad and diverse range of experience over 15 years that spans both the public and private sector in Australia and abroad. He has a deep expertise in strategic, design-based and transformation roles and extensive experience in how user-centred design concepts can be applied across different fields.
Leveraging his industrial design background, Ben loves solving problems that cut across physical and digital services.
As a lead, Ben works hard to cultivate and build a culture that Pragma is proud of. He is Pragma’s resident music guru and knows how to pick the perfect office playlist.
