Jess has a Bachelor in Industrial design and Honours in Arts and Design. She has a strong passion for service design and user research.
Jess loves tackling a challenge head on and solving problems, no matter how big or small. She loves working with clients to design the best solutions and producing quality work. Jess enjoys knowing her designs are solving real problems for real users.
Next to design, Jess’s big love is ‘the great outdoors’. When she isn’t trying to identify creative solutions at work, you will find her experiencing the natural world either up in the mountains or by the sea.
