Krystel is a passionate Experience Designer who enjoys solving difficult problems by creating experiences that are elegant and meaningful for users.
Krystel has a strong skill set across the full spectrum of UX design activities from strategy, user research and co-design to ideation, rapid prototyping, implementation and testing. She also has strong analytical and communication skills.
Krystel is recognised for her capability in analysing research insights from real-world contexts and facilitating co-design activities, brainstorming sessions and workshops. She is also experienced in synthesising findings into meaningful themes and problem statements to provide a strong framework for design.
