Shan is our senior content designer, but has experience in every field between that. She has an incredible eye for detail (winner of numerous Pragma ‘guess who?’ competitions), and is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge. Shan works with clients to create readable, accessible and inclusive web content. She can provide keen copyediting services, but also advise and train to ensure you can continue the work long after she’s gone. Shan knows the Australian Government Style Manual like the back of her hand. She’s a trustworthy source of information and is always willing to help others. She also is a mastermind at creating detailed spreadsheets, user friendly templates, and streamlining processes.
