Joe Arranz

Joe is the IT Administrator at Pragma with a strong focus on cybersecurity, system administration, and keeping technology running smoothly. Joe understands the importance of secure, reliable systems and how critical they are to supporting people in their day-to-day work. Alongside his role at Pragma, Joe is studying a Bachelor of Software Engineering at the University of Canberra, doing a Specialist Major in Cybersecurity and System Administration. 

Joe enjoys tackling complex technical problems and turning them into practical, user-friendly solutions. He takes a proactive approach to cybersecurity and system reliability, focusing on preventing issues before they arise and improving overall functionality across the organisation. One of the aspects he values most is working closely with people in a family like team. 

At Pragma, Joe values the collaborative culture and supportive environment, where curiosity is encouraged and continuous learning is part of the day-to-day. He appreciates working in a team that values security, trust, and doing things properly, while giving individuals the autonomy to take ownership of their work.
